Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver level 1 IT Support across multiple businesses, ensuring high-quality technical assistance.
• Manage service desk operations, prioritizing, resolving and escalating support tickets.
• Coordinate incident escalation procedures, providing timely support for complex technical issues.
• Administer hardware, software and business applications to maintain system availability and operational performance.
• Assist clients with accessing and utilizing their services, enhancing the overall end user experience.

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years of technical support experience with the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Exchange).
• Strong enthusiasm for technology and a demonstrated commitment to learning and developing an IT career.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• A current Blue Card and Yellow Card (or the ability to obtain them).
