Your new role
Working alongside experienced finance professionals, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end loan application process while building strong relationships with clients, lenders and referral partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of financial applications.
- Managing loan applications through to settlement.
- Maintaining and updating client records and databases.
- Liaising with clients, lenders and referral partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Providing regular updates to clients on the progress of their applications.
- Supporting client interviews and onboarding activities.
- Identifying and promoting new lending opportunities.
- Assisting with compliance and administrative requirements.
- Providing operational support to the Directors and broader team.
- Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and industry networks.
- Supporting reception and administration functions when required.
- Degree qualified in Finance, Commerce, Business or a related discipline (or nearing completion).
- Passionate about finance, lending and property.
- Eager to develop a career pathway towards becoming a Mortgage Broker.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused and professional.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, driven and keen to learn.
- Clear career progression into Mortgage Broking.
