What will yo be doing?

Specific roles will vary and typicallycold inclde elements of research, bsiness or market analysis, operatingmodel innovation, process design and systems delivery. Yo will typically beworking in collaboration with client and/or Baringa team members and will bereqired to be able to plan and execte yor own work with spervision. As an Intern, yor role will reqire yo to be honest, flexible, adaptable, andpassionate abot clients' bsinesses.

In the energy sector, we offer clients a niqe blend of deepenergy market expertise and commercial insight. We work with organisations atthe forefront of the energy sector's decarbonisation and transition, providingstrategic, economic, and commercial conslting to energy companies, financialinstittions, governments, and reglators.

In the financial services sector, weprimarily spport Astralia's largest banks, sperannation fnds, assetmanagers, and insrers. Or work also extends beyond financial instittions,helping clients bild robst internal climate and sstainability fnctions.This enables them to navigate and meet evolving reqirements for climate andsstainability disclosres, positioning them to lead in a low-carbon economy.

Yor skills and experience

Yo are an ndergradate Stdent crrently in yor penltimate year at niversity with a strong academic backgrond. We are ideally looking for candidates stdying an analytical degree in the fields of Maths, Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics or similar, to join or growing team in Sydney.

Yo will hold some professional experience in roles that demonstrate the ability to take ownership and deliver reslts in challenging environments (often client facing), or similar experience in non-professional roles (e.g. positions in niversity clbs and societies)

Yo will have excellent commnication and presentation skills and are an effective team player

Yo hold strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Yo are passionate abot playing a role in driving the energy transition!
