Accounts Receivable Officer | Contract | Sydney

We're partnering with a well-known organisation to recruit an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate start on a contract basis, with the possibility of extension.

The Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end Accounts Receivable processing
• Raising and issuing customer invoices
• Allocating daily receipts and processing customer payments
• Managing customer accounts and account reconciliations
• Following up outstanding invoices and collections
• Resolving customer payment queries and discrepancies
• Assisting with month-end AR reporting and reconciliations

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with collections, cash allocation, and reconciliations
• Experience using a large ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite or similar is advantageous)
