Your new role
As a Rebate Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Rebates Team, ensuring rebate programmes, marketing development funds (MDF), channel partner agreements and commercial arrangements are administered accurately and in accordance with company policy.
This is a highly analytical and stakeholder-focused role that sits at the intersection of Commercial, Sales, Finance and Operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of rebate and incentive programmes while providing reporting and insights to support business decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing commercial agreements and rebate documentation submitted by wholesalers, distributors and commercial stakeholders
• Ensuring rebate claims and incentive arrangements comply with established commercial policies and governance frameworks
• Processing Marketing Development Fund (MDF) claims and supporting payment administration
• Monitoring channel partner agreements and tracking MDF balances against approved allocations
• Producing regular rebate reporting and analysis for commercial managers and business leaders.
• Maintaining Commercial Terms Registers across Australia and New Zealand and ensuring all agreements are accurately documented and up to date
• Managing rebate-related queries from internal stakeholders and external partners
• Reconciling data across multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance
• Analysing trends, identifying discrepancies and escalating risks where required.
• Partnering with Sales, Commercial, Pricing and Finance teams to improve processes and reporting outcomes
• Supporting local and global transformation initiatives aimed at improving commercial operations and rebate management processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement activities and helping to drive greater efficiency across the function

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, investigating issues, improving processes and partnering with stakeholders to ensure commercial programmes operate smoothly and effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

1-3 years of experience in data or business analytics role.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills and Teams proficiency.

Confident to ask questions and escalate potential issues early.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
