What You'll Do:
Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of a complete high-performance trading technology platform. You’ll define technical direction, build critical systems, and help establish an engineering capability from the ground up.

- Leading engineering strategy and technical decisions
- Establishing development standards and best practices
