ROLE SNAPSHOT
Consulting-style role where you'll work in a team to deliver a broad range of Technology Risk advisory engagements to various enterprise clients.
It's a client-facing role to assist in the planning & execution of Technology Risk engagements, including third-party risk, cloud risk, AI governance, technology & cyber controls assurance/testing, and operational resilience.
You will support engagement planning/execution, proposal preparation, client discovery sessions, delivery/field work, risk assessments, client reporting, and help mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities include:
- Support the delivery of projects that will improve overall technology risk posture and operational resilience of financial services and critical infrastructure clients.
- Assist in assessing client's risk and resilience capabilities against regulatory requirements (e.g. CPS 230, CPS 234, SOCI Act and DORA), then develop and implementing frameworks/policies in response to regulatory requirements.
- Support delivery/fieldwork on business impact analysis, crisis simulations and resilience testing with business, technology, and risk stakeholders.
- Conduct reviews/assessments across technology, third party, cloud risk, and AI governance.
- Technology and cyber controls assurance testing.
- Mentor and train junior consultants.

Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- 3-5+ years' experience in professional services consulting or industry roles.
- Demonstrated understanding of technology / third-party / cloud risk and/or AI governance including delivered (risk-in-change) assessments and technology and cyber controls assurance/testing.
- Knowledge of operational resilience (business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery) and the integration of these areas.
- Experience implementing technology risk frameworks and/or operational risk frameworks is beneficial.
- Financial services industry experience is preferred and/or critical infrastructure/regulated industries.
- Awareness of CPS 230 / 231 / 232, SOCI Act and DORA.
- Relevant degree and progressing towards certifications (e.g. CISA, CISM, bachelor's degree etc).

This is a full time permanent full located in the Sydney CBD and is offering circa $100,000 - $110,000 +super (+ circa $10k bonus) - depending on experience.
