Job Requirements

Responsible for mapping user stories to deliver scope and business value of a given feature as defined by a Product Owner. Conducting detailed analysis for user stories. Working closely with the development team to explain and elaborate stories and ensure that the acceptance criteria are clearly and unambiguously stated. Supporting the team through development, providing domain expertise as required.

• • Responsible for designing, developing, testing and delivering high quality software/solutions.
  • Creates and reviews product/project deliverables according to the life cycle methodologies (i.e., impact assessments, external and internal specifications, manuals, education material, etc.).
  • Researches and resolves customer reported problems.
  • Maintains working knowledge of the hardware platform, network and application layers. Manages the software dependencies for use in implementing proper solutions.
  • Exhibits good technical and business judgment and thorough understanding of how customers use the product when dealing with product requirements, complex design issues, and tradeoffs.
  • Strong commutations skills to represent/collaborate in remote environment.
  • Supervising day-to-day operation, covering client’s requirements and cases troubleshooting
  • Design and Development of Middleware Solutions using TIBCO Suite of Products (Business
  • Works, Enterprise Messaging Service).
  • Supervising multiple projects with all schemes from technical point of view
  • Supervising Testing and Q.A activities
  • Checking Schemes Compliance Updates and Fix Data Integrity Non-Compliance
  • Developing Adapters using Tibco Business Works
  • Advanced expertise in TIBCO products – BW, EMS, RV, ActiveSpaces, SAP Adapter, API Exchange
  • Must have a strong understanding of the design, development and deployment of business intelligence systems and large-scale data warehouses using BI tools and commercial database platforms like Oracle, SQLServer and Teradata
  • Hands-on development using Tableau/Tibco Spotfire to create dashboards & reports and use them as standard templates
  • Define and manage schema objects for Tableau /Tibco Spotfire projects
  • Immerse in Development/Analysis work as part of the larger ESB/SOA Team
  • Conduct module and integration testing according to process standards
  • Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business analysts, to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of TIBCO middleware solutions, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Equivalent.

Experience:

• Good understanding of Cards domain and platforms

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience with TIBCO middleware products, including TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO ActiveMatrix, and other relevant TIBCO technologies.

• Payment domain knowledge

• Hands on Agile Methodology

• Have keen attention to detail for ensuring the project meets all the business' standards and goals.

• Basic data analysis and/or technical skills to analyze complex business data utilizing automated tools and help identify problems will also be beneficial.
