Roles & Responsibilities

You'll work with leading IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft, and CyberArk.
You'll help clients design and implement sustainable identity and access solutions, processes, and team models to manage evolving risks.
You'll assess workflows and documentation through interviews, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
You'll support clients in improving IAM practices, run table-top exercises, and help develop remediation plans.
You'll plan and manage engagements, ensure quality and compliance with standards, and coordinate with client leadership.
You'll review team work, manage expectations, and use KPMG tools to deliver high-quality results.
You'll promote teamwork, accountability, and strong project management throughout your engagements.

Skills & Qualifications

You have 5+ years of experience in IAM and related services.
You're direct, honest, and open to learning from both success and failure.
You take initiative and enjoy managing projects from start to finish.
You speak English and Dutch or French fluently.
Certifications like CISSP or CISM or experience with tools like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk or Azure AD are a plus.
You understand key IAM concepts like access controls, LDAP, RBAC, authentication and PKI.
You confidently navigate AI topics and are able to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies.
