About the Role
We are looking for an Exchange Connectivity & Colocation Specialist to support the
development of global exchange connectivity, colocation, and low-latency trading infrastructure.
This role will coordinate with exchanges, brokers, data centers, telecom providers, and internal
infrastructure teams to deliver reliable and scalable market access.
Key Responsibilities
* Build relationships with global exchanges, local brokers, colocation providers, telecom vendors, and trading infrastructure providers.
* Research and implement exchange connectivity and colocation models across different markets.
* Coordinate market access requirements, including local broker sponsorship, exchange membership, cross-connects, circuits, and data-center access.
* Negotiate commercial terms with exchanges, brokers, telecom providers, and infrastructure vendors.
* Work with engineering and infrastructure teams on network architecture, latency requirements, capacity planning, and deployment.
* Manage exchange mandatory changes, connectivity upgrades, software releases, and production migrations.
* Track project timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and operational risks.
* Identify opportunities to improve trading latency, resilience, and infrastructure efficiency.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in exchange connectivity, colocation, electronic trading, telecom, or low-latency infrastructure.
* Familiarity with equities or derivatives trading infrastructure and exchange access models.
* Good understanding of networking, data centers, leased lines, cross-connects, and production support.
* Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, and project-management skills.
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
* Linux, networking, scripting, or programming experience is preferred.
