岗位职责：
1. 带领内容团队，通过内容运营的方式促进公司增长目标达成；
2. 分析市场趋势，研究宏观、行业及个股的投资热点，判断运营方向及机会点；
3. 深入理解公司战略和方向，拆解增长指标，制定预算方案，搭建全方位内容运营策略，带领团队优化内容运营体系；
岗位要求：
1. 对金融市场有深入专业的认知，具备财经资讯平台内容运营经验及成功案例；
2. 具备商业sense和战略思考能力，深入理解内容运营和业务增长之间的相关性
3. 熟练使用英语作为工作语言，有海外学习或工作经历优先
4. 具备成熟的团队管理能力，突出的分析、学习和统筹能力
