Job Description
Mission
Within the Group Human Resources Department, the International Mobility division advises and supports the Group's entities and provides them with legal, social and tax expertise for employees on international mobility.
The division also coordinates the International Graduate Program (V.I.E. Program), which allows young graduates to work abroad within the Group's entities.
Responsibilities
You will be attached to the Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility Direction.
You provide expertise on different stages of the international mobility lifecycle and the V.I.E Program, according to the Group policies and the business requirements, with the support of the International Mobility Analyst.
Your main responsibilities will be:
International Mobility: Provide expertise, review and supervise the I.M. function
- Prepare International Mobility offers for assignees, including compensation packages and cost projections using Mercer data, to support informed business decision-making.
- Review, calibrate, supervise, and participate in the presentation of all International Mobility packages in collaboration with the International Mobility Analyst.
- Act as the expert for International Mobility across the organization by developing and delivering training, sharing best practices, providing guidance to HR, and continuously enhancing internal expertise.
- Maintain an active watch on immigration, tax, social security, and mobility trends by continuous self-training.
- Coordinate relocation processes, including immigration, tax, medical, household goods shipment, and home search services.
- Monitor mobility-related costs, including invoice management, quarterly payroll-related payments to external vendors, budget tracking, and cost-control activities.
- Oversee reporting and dashboard management by monitoring inbound and outbound international assignments and ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of international mobility reporting's and KPIs.
- Oversee the administrative management of international assignments, including:
Reviewing and validating contractual documentation from external vendors, including Know Your Supplier (KYS) processes.
Managing relationships with external vendors and conducting regular benchmarking reviews to ensure best-in-class service and competitiveness.
Supervising social security and benefits administration when required, including enrollments, terminations, compliance checks, and payments in collaboration with French payroll.
V.I.E Program: Provide expertise, review and supervise the V.I.E Program
- Launch and coordinate the annual recruitment campaign.
- Oversee contract signatures and allowances reviews.
- Engage and animate the V.I.E. community: structured onboarding, regular follow-ups, extensions coordinated with Business France, and offboarding.
- Monitor KPIs (conversion, satisfaction, SLA ? etc.) and drive continuous improvement.
- Cost monitoring: invoice management, follow-up on V.I.E. costs.
- Reporting & dashboards: track inbound and outbound V.I.E. missions, prepare and maintain reports and dashboards related to V.I.E. activity
-Continuously animate and feed HR community on V.I.E topics to ensure training, communication and develop knowledge on the program.
Qualifications
Profile
-Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
-Confirmed experience in International Mobility, preferably in an international environment at least 5 years
-Fluent English for daily communication with our international network
-Excellent command of Microsoft office, with a specific focus on Excel
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, rigorous and structured, autonomy and strong customer orientation
