ARCELORMITTAL BUILDING SOLUTIONS France recherche un(e) Chef d'Equipe. Les missions principales seront :

• Assurer la coordination technique et la communication avec les équipes postées et l'encadrement du périmètre au travers d'une présence terrain quotidienne et de sa participation aux points de gouvernance ;
• Organiser, distribuer et superviser le travail de ses équipes sur les lignes de fabrication ;
• Gérer et développer les compétences du personnel de son équipe (formation, évaluation, plan de carrière...) ;
• Veiller à l'application des procédures de sécurité, qualité et environnement sur son secteur et apporter des mesures correctives si besoin ;
• Effectuer des contrôles sporadiques (contrôle géométrique, contrôle d'aspect) pour vérifier la qualité des contrôles effectués par les membres de son équipe ;
• Rechercher des améliorations techniques et organisationnelles pour optimiser le fonctionnement des lignes de production ;
• Effectuer des rapports d'incident, de production et prendre des mesures correctives et remonter les infos à sa hiérarchie.

CYCLE DE TRAVAIL : 3*8, 4*8 ou 5*8

QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCES REQUISES :

• Titulaire d'une formation supérieure en Gestion de la Production ou expérience équivalente
• Ouvert(e) à réaliser une formation adaptée au poste (CQPM, ...)
• Maîtrise des outils métiers et suivi des indicateurs de performance
• Analyse des écarts et pilotage des actions correctives
• Leadership de proximité et encadrement direct des équipes
• Gestion des priorités et des situations conflictuelles
• Communication claire et structurée
• Promotion et respect d'une forte culture sécurité
• Exemplarité, sens des responsabilités et esprit d'équipe.
