- Partner with senior sales stakeholders to define compelling client propositions across adviser and wholesale segments.
- Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Lead brand-building initiatives across digital channels, events, content, and social media.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client behaviour to identify new growth opportunities.
- Drive measurement and reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and maximise return on investment.
- Collaborate with content, PR, distribution, and external agency partners to amplify brand presence and audience engagement.
- Enhance customer journeys across digital and in-person touchpoints to improve client experience and support business development efforts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on marketing strategy, execution, and best practice.
The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic marketing expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership capability within financial services.
Key requirements include:
- Significant experience in channel marketing, product marketing, or commercial marketing leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of the French investment market, including adviser and wholesale distribution channels.
- Experience within asset management, wealth management, investment services, or broader financial services environments.
- Knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, or investment products would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing measurable marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
