A Day in the Life

You will lead advanced GC/LC-HRMS analysis for active ingredients, drive Lean lab operations, and present scientific proofs globally.

• Scientific Excellence: Develop & deploy complex Gaz & Liquid Chromatography coupled with High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (GC/LC-HRMS) and two-dimensional gas chromatography (GCxGC) methods to characterize active ingredients and volatolomes, leveraging data science & chemometrics to accelerate spectral processing.
• Operational Leadership: Drive Lean laboratory management and a strong quality culture, optimize analytical workflows (LIMS/ELN), and guarantee absolute data integrity.
• Global & Internal Advocacy: Deliver and present key analytical results to internal partners, showcase cutting-edge research at international congresses, and mentor teams to foster expertise sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

We Are Looking For

• Highly experienced PhD/Engineer in Analytical Chemistry with at least 7 years professional experience (excluding PhD).
• Deep expertise in GCxGC & HRMS
• Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional projects.
