Job Introduction

Main Responsibilities

Your Tasks:

Accounting Data & System Migration:
- Transfer of transaction and balance sheet data to a new ERP system
- Ensuring data quality during migration
Master Data Management:
- Preparation and maintenance of master data for data migration
- Review and validation of data in the new ERP system
Intercompany Reconciliation:
- Preparation of master data for intercompany reconciliations and reporting
Fixed Asset Accounting:
- Transfer of fixed assets, including operating lease arrangements, into the new system
System Testing (User Acceptance Testing):
- Conducting user acceptance tests to ensure system functionality

Successful Candidate

Your Profile:
Professional Qualifications:

Completed studies with a focus on accounting, tax, or auditing, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with further qualification as a certified accountant
At least 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally within an international corporate environment
Solid knowledge of using and implementing ERP systems, preferably SAP and Datev

Personal Strengths:

Analytical and structured thinking with a hands-on approach
High level of initiative, team spirit, and communication skills
Results-driven and quality-conscious working style
Flexibility and quick comprehension

Language & IT Skills:

Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
Very good knowledge of MS Office
