- Erfahrung im regulierten IT-Umfeld (z. B. Bank, Versicherung, Behörde) wünschenswert
- Zertifizierung als Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator oder ITIL Foundation wünschenswert
