Bank Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG (the “Bank”) is seeking to strengthen its European and German Credit team at its European headquarters in Frankfurt am Main with a Senior Credit Structurer (m/f/d).
The Bank operates across Europe, with branches in Luxembourg, Spain, Monaco, France, Italy and the UK.
Your roleAs a key member of the Credit Structuring team, you will advise Relationship Managers on Pictet’s credit solutions for Wealth Management clients. You will structure complex lending solutions, prepare and present credit requests to Credit Committees, and help deliver tailored credit strategies. Your responsibilities include underwriting and executing loan and derivative structures, conducting credit analysis and due diligence, managing credit risk, and ensuring compliance. You will also support Relationship Managers by providing training on credit policies and identifying new business opportunities.
Your profileThe ideal candidate has a strong background in credit structuring and analysis, with experience in private banking or wealth management. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of complex lending solutions, and a solid grasp of credit risk management. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and can collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders. Fluency in English and German is required, while knowledge of French would be considered an additional asset. A university degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
