- Fundierte Erfahrung als Product Owner / im Projektmanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Genesys Cloud, JSON, REST-APIs und relevanten Technologien
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills
