Aufgaben

Steuerung und Begleitung der S/4HANA-Transformation inklusive Implementierung und Harmonisierung neuer Prozesse im internationalen Produktionsumfeld
Nach Abschluss der Transformation: Entwicklung und Etablierung von Operational-Excellence-Standards über mehrere Werke und Landesgesellschaften hinweg
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktions- und Werksleitungen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Shopfloor-Prozessen und operativer Performance

Profil

Erfahrung im Umfeld von Operational Excellence, Lean Management oder Continuous Improvement in der produzierenden Industrie
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in S4 HANA Einführungs- sowie Transformationsprojekten
Fundierte Kenntnisse von Shopfloor-Management-Methoden und operativen Produktionsprozessen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
