Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und den stabilen Betrieb von IT-Business-Applikationen im Umfeld Sales und Marketing
Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Vertriebsprozessen
Identifikation, Analyse und Behebung von Anwenderproblemen inklusive Umsetzung von Lösungen im SAP-Umfeld (z.?B. Customizing)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern als Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Vertrieb/Marketing

Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik o.Ä.
Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit SAP-Systemen, idealerweise im Vertriebsumfeld (z.B. SAP SD, CRM oder vergleichbar)
Fundiertes Verständnis von Vertriebs- und Marketingprozessen sowie deren IT-seitiger Abbildung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
