- Fachliche Beratung bei der Implementierung sowie die Sicherstellung einer rechtskonformen Abbildung der Exportkontrollprozess innerhalb SAP S4 Hana
- Fachliche Beratung im Bereich Exportkontrolle im Rahmen eines SAP S/4 HANA Transformationsprojekts (R3 zu S4)
- Analyse bestehender Exportkontrollprozesse sowie Definition und Optimierung zukünftiger Soll-Prozesse
- Umsetzung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung exportkontrollrelevanter Prozesse innerhalb der SAP S/4-HANA-Lösung
- Beratung hinsichtlich regulatorischer Anforderungen (z.B. EU-Dual-Use Verordnung, Embargos, Sanktionslistenprüfung, ...)
- Beratung bei der Integration von Exportkontroll-Prozessen in angrenzende Geschäftsprozesse (z.B. Material Management, ...)
- Erstellung und Review von Fachkonzepten, Prozessdokumentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Beratung bei Workshops, Prozessdesign-Sessions und Abstimmungsterminen mit Fachbereichen und Projektteams
- Identifikation von Optimierungspotentialen hinsichtlich Effizienz, Compliance und Automatisierung
- Testaktivitäten (Testkonzepte, Testdurchführung, Fehleranalyse und Defect Management)
Profil
- Projekterfahrung im Bereich Trade Compliance bzw. Export Control
- Projekterfahrung mit SAP S4-Rollouts oder ähnlichen Transformationsprojekten
- Umfassenden Kenntnis internationaler Exportkontroll- und Sanktionsvorschriften
- Sichere Kenntnis von SAP GTS
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch wünschenswert)
