- Zentrale Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten und externen Dienstleistern sowie Steuerung, Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Dienstleistungen und Liefergegenständen
- Kontrolle von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Dokumentation und Administration von Beschaffungsvorgängen sowie Pflege von Lieferantenstammdaten in IT-Systemen
- Organisation und Moderation von Abstimmungsrunden und Meetings
- Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen im Bereich Dienstleistersteuerung
- Mitwirkung im Auslagerungs- und Provider-Management
- Nachhalten von Maßnahmen bei risikobehafteten Outsourcing-Themen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung relevanter Register und Dokumentationen
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management, Verwaltungsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Dienstleistersteuerung / Provider Management, Einkauf / Beschaffung, Vertragsmanagement, Projektmanagement, IT-nahes Umfeld oder Kundenservice
- Kenntnisse in MS Office (insb. Excel)
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
