职责：

服务高净值客户，以客户需求为中心，为客户做资产配置；
完成规模类指标，包括私钻客群净增、AUM存款净增、PWM开户、私钻客户流程率控制等指标；
完成财务类指标，包括产品销售收入、利息收入、证券收入；
联动相关工作，含境内行宣讲、客户陪谈、联动活动开展等；
服务方面，包括客户满意度、境内行满意度提升；
合规方面，符合内外部监管规定。

要求：

全日制大学本科及以上学历；
具有3年以上境外私人财富管理经验，或者5年以上境外零售银行财富管理经验优先
具备私人银行的市场和产品知识、具备高端客户服务能力；
持有CFA/ AFP/CFP等金融证书优先。
