AI Project Manager

We're supporting a leading financial services firm as they continue to expand their digital and AI capabilities within a fast-paced front-office environment.

This position will suit an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, engaging with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver meaningful change. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping business users leverage emerging technologies to improve workflows, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.

You will work closely with front-office teams, technology partners, and governance functions to manage initiatives from early-stage discovery through implementation and adoption. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, structured project delivery skills, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• 5-10 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, or Technology Delivery.
• Background within investment banking, capital markets, electronic trading, or financial markets technology.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Familiarity with AI-related technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
