Your new role
- Assist the investment banking team with general administration work
- Schedule meetings and assist with internal & external call and video conference set up
- Responsible for travel arrangement
- Act as gatekeeper, screening phone calls and emails, responding or delegating to ensure a timely response.
- Handle ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
- 1+ year(s) of administrative/ sales support experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
