Your new role
- Deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the Investment Banking team.
- Manage complex meeting schedules, coordinate conference calls and video meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements and logistics for bankers and visiting team members.
- Act as a gatekeeper for incoming communications, exercising sound judgment in prioritising and directing requests.
- Assist with special projects, team activities, and other ad hoc assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative, secretarial, customer service, or office support experience.
- Financial services or banking experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Native or business-level proficiency in English and Korean is required.
