Our client is looking for (Assistant) HR Manager to join the team.
The Role
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions
- Oversee regulatory and compliance filings requirement by the government
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
- Support and coordinate the annual performance management appraisal
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives
- Review and update HR policies regularly to ensure adherence to HR and labour regulations
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR and administrative reports, analysis and meeting agenda as required
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 5 years of HR experience in professional service industry
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Experience in HRIS will be a plus
- Great communication skills
