About Our Client

Our client is a well-established organization within the financial services industry. Currently, they are looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager to join their risk department to monitor SME loans due diligence.

Job Description

Review claim requests for defaulted commercial or SME loans under loan guarantee schemes.
Monitor debt recovery actions and legal proceedings against defaulted borrowers and guarantors.
Coordinate debt workout processes and assess repayment proposals efficiently.
Support team operations, improve procedures, and enhance efficiency through technology.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
At least 5 years (Deputy Manager) / 3 years (Assistant Manager) experience in debt collection or corporate restructuring/insolvency.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent English and Chinese proficiency.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
