Your new role
- Conduct loan assessments and credit evaluations for the Reverse Mortgage Programme (RMP) and Policy Reverse Mortgage Programme (PRMP).
- Manage end-to-end loan administration and servicing activities for the Mortgage Insurance Programme (MIP), RMP, and PRMP.
- Monitor delinquent mortgage loans under MIP and oversee RMP/PRMP accounts with maturity events, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Review loan documentation, maintain accurate records, and support operational process improvements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing and servicing.
- Participate in system enhancement initiatives, regulatory compliance projects, and other ad hoc assignments as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mortgage operations, loan administration, debt collection, or related banking functions.
- Experience in mortgage underwriting will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Hong Kong mortgage lending and property market.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and spreadsheet analysis.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
