You will be responsible for monitoring and supervision to service of Paper Cheque and Electronic clearing, CCASS and FINI. Cross team support to Payment Collection, Autopay, FPS, Transaction Processing and Fixed Deposit might be required when necessary.

Responsibilities:

1. Process the Paper and Electronic clearing, CCASS and FINI transactions compliant with internal policies and local regulatory requirements
2. Perform checker and supervisor role for Paper & Electronic clearing, CCASS and FINI transactions to check and reconcile relevant documents, vouchers, reports to ensure accuracy and completion within service standard
3. Monitor the proper status of all activities in the Department and prepare regular and ad hoc management report to superior
4. Lead the administration, processing and operations in the Department to ensure compliance with established procedure
5. Assist with regulatory and ad hoc projects as assigned
6. Perform back-up function to Operations Support teams

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

1. Degree holder or above
2. At least 5 years banking experience with 2 years supervisory level, preferably in operations with emphasis on centralized processing and management function
3. Experience in Branch operations is an advantage
4. Able to work independently and under pressure
5. Good PC knowledge
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Self-motivated with analytical mind
