Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Custody Product Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote custody service to clients, i.e. QDII (mutual/public funds, securities firms, insurance companies, banks’ wealth management subsidiaries), QDLP (PE/VC managers raising funds domestically to invest overseas), QDIE (domestic enterprises / asset management companies investing in overseas assets), QFII/RQFII (overseas asset management companies, banks, insurance companies, securities firms, pension funds, sovereign funds)
- Engage in client on-boarding and due diligence process.
- Maintain custody account relationships, provide after-sales service, organize regular client service reviews, assist in collecting client feedback, keep abreast of client demands for custody service, and comment on client-related workflow
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, e.g. RMs, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and so on
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience on custody business
- Solid experience on custody operations will be given priority
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and independent
- Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
