About the job:

1. Analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops
2. Process and design technical and business requirements
3. Parameterise software/systems, including business modules
4. Document the project into systems and processes for management review
5. Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking

Job requirements

1. Bachelor in Business, Computing, Engineering or Science
2. Knowledge of one or multiple programming languages (Python, HTML, C++, Java)
3. Internship experience in the banking, technology and/or consulting industry will be an advantage
4. Understanding of SDLC will be an advantage
5. Capable of applying technology principles to business
6. Excellent spoken and written English
7. Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
8. Good presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
9. Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills

AI requirements

1. Demonstrates a foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI), with a strong willingness to learn and effectively leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes
2. Understands the basics of AI and emerging technologies, with the ability and enthusiasm to adopt AI tools and solutions in day-to-day work
3. Applies AI-enabled tools to support consulting activities such as research, documentation, analysis, project coordination, and problem-solving, while continuously developing AI capabilities to improve efficiency and quality of delivery
