Your new role

• Acting as a strategic advisor to innovation and product teams on AI-enabled solutions, technology selection, architecture considerations, and delivery approaches.
• Driving AI-era governance, delivery frameworks, and innovation excellence standards across strategic initiatives.
• Assessing AI solutions and technology proposals to ensure alignment with architecture, security, scalability, compliance, and business objectives.
• Defining evaluation frameworks and success metrics to measure AI product quality, effectiveness, adoption, and business value.
• Partnering with technology, risk, and compliance teams to modernise governance processes for AI-driven delivery.
• Researching emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and innovation practices to identify opportunities for business transformation.
• Translating complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Promoting a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making across the organisation

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering AI, data, digital transformation, innovation, or technology consulting initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, GenAI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and emerging technology trends.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on technology strategy, solution design, governance, or digital transformation programmes.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams, translating business opportunities into practical AI solutions.
• Experience establishing frameworks, governance models, standards, or best practices within complex organisations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Previous experience within insurance, financial services, consulting, or large enterprise environments would be advantageous.
