Key responsibilities
- Support project delivery activities including requirement analysis, impact assessment, testing, implementation and post-go-live support
- Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution and stakeholder sign-off
- Provide business and functional support for investment and operational systems, ensuring stable and efficient day-to-day operations
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation to improve operational efficiency
- Participate in strategic technology initiatives, including digitalisation and AI-enabled process improvement projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Degree holder in Business, Information Technology, Finance or related disciplines
- 5 to 15 years of working experience within financial services
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Change Management experience
- Experience working with middle-office or back-office systems in banking, asset management, brokerage, securities trading or other financial institutions
- Strong understanding of operational processes such as securities settlement, trade processing, custody, reconciliations, corporate actions, accounting or finance operations
- Proven experience in delivering system enhancement, transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Basic understanding of investment products and investment operations workflows
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
