About the Company

A reputable insurance company provides a wide range of digitalization projects. As part of its continued growth and adaptation to market demands, the company is seeking a Business Analyst focusing on Insurance Operations and process optimization.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in handling Insurance Operations projects-with a special focus on claims processes and systems-executing UAT, and liaising with various stakeholders to drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle of insurance operations initiatives, including claims management and processing enhancements.
Document business requirements and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide insights and actionable enhancements to upgrade current operational and claims workflows.
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the effective implementation and management of new processes.
Support projects aimed at automating daily operations and driving digital adoption across the business.
Assist with various ad-hoc business analysis and operational projects as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of business analysis experience within the insurance or broader financial services sector.
Solid understanding of general insurance operations; specific knowledge or experience in insurance claims (processes, workflows, or systems) is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
