Job Description

Overseeing the client on-boarding and approval process to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Conducting thorough reviews of client documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve any compliance-related issues.
Providing guidance and support on regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
Monitoring and updating procedures to reflect changes in regulatory frameworks.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely reporting to relevant authorities.
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with client on-boarding processes.
Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
Proven expertise in client on-boarding and compliance processes.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
