Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of the mid-back office function
- Support the execution of the fund's strategy
- Develop and drive the firm's culture
- Lead and drive the firm towards being a more AI-native organisation
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need:
- Strong experience / track record in scaling and building high-performing organisations.
- Prior experience as a COO / Chief of staff / GM
- Open to candidates from a wide variety of organisations (Financial services experience is ideal - but not mandatory)
- Strong vision of how AI can be implemented within businesses
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
