Main Response:

1. Policy Framework Management

• Maintain overall policy framework of Compliance & Internal Controls, including maintenance of compliance manuals

• Review the formulation and revision of internal policies, coordinate the first line of defense to assess the completeness of policy framework, and propose necessary adjustments

2. Compliance and Internal Controls

• Monitor compliance and internal control risk events, document incident handling, and promote remedy measures

• Coordinate compliance and internal control inspections for first line of defense, identify risk spots and assess internal control effectiveness, and formulate remedy plans

• Track remedy plans progress and verify remediation effectiveness

• Prepare annual internal control and compliance assessment reports

• Coordinate external regulatory filings and communication

• Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate first line of defense in changes interpretation

• Provide compliance and internal control consulting for operational activities, new businesses, new investments, and other matters

• Conduct compliance and internal control training

3. Risk Management Coordination

• Participate in New Business Risk Management Pilot projects

• Assist first line of defense with front-end risk & compliance management

• Coordinate geopolitical risk management

• Coordinate related party transaction management

• Coordinate outsourcing management and evaluation

• Assist the headquarters' legal compliance department in group and headquarters compliance-related work

4. Anti-Money Laundering & Anti-Terrorist Financing

• Maintain the effectiveness of anti-money laundering, international sanctions, illegal fundraising, and anti-terrorist financing management mechanisms framework

• Conduct criminal crime prevention education and anti-money laundering/anti-terrorist financing training

Requirement:

1. Approximately 8 years of experience in life insurance

2. Preferred combined experience in both compliance and risk management

3. Familiar with Hong Kong insurance regulations and guidelines

4. Familiar with insurance/reinsurance product designs

5. Excellent written skills in both Chinese and English, and decent Mandarin and English communication skills
