- Financial services: International, regional and local banks, asset managers, insurers and other financial institutions.
- Real economy: Large conglomerates, local governments, regulators and well-known consumer brands across non-financial sectors.
About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and experienced professionals to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to build a career in a dynamic and impactful field, collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, and help clients address complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Execute assigned project activities efficiently and deliver high-quality work. Engagements may cover: (i) Financial services: Investment and digital-asset product strategy and governance, regulatory licensing, selling practices and suitability, online-platform advisory, and distribution; (ii) Real economy: Governance, internal control and internal audit reviews, and risk assessments across sectors such as real estate, healthcare, retail, and public services.
- Team Contribution: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to foster a positive, supportive and high-performing team environment.
- Project Management and Reporting: Support project planning, scheduling, coordination and reporting; communicate effectively with management and client stakeholders; and prepare clear, impactful reports and presentations for client executives.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on emerging issues and market developments, identify relevant insights and opportunities, and communicate findings to support informed decision-making.
- Business Development: Support business-development activities and prepare proposals tailored to client needs.
- Team Leadership: Support the Engagement Manager in coordinating project activities, reviewing work outputs, and providing guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, finance, accounting, economics, risk management, law or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant work experience in corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, internal audit, business processes, compliance or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA or CIA, or an equivalent qualification, is preferred.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, together with agility, innovative thinking and a strong commitment to high-quality client service.
- Strong presentation and report-writing skills, with excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
- Experience managing high-impact, complex projects across borders or functions in a dynamic environment is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly adaptable and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
