About the Role
Seeking a Corporate Access Specialist to build and scale a proprietary corporate access platform across APAC.
You'll work closely with investment teams to understand their research needs and deliver tailored access to corporates, brokers, and expert networks, while helping enhance the platform through process and technology improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Team Partnering:
Engage PMs/analysts to understand coverage and originate targeted access (management meetings, roadshows, site visits)Origination Pipeline:
Build and manage a structured APAC pipeline (China, Japan, Korea, India, SEA, Australia), tracking activity and impactRelationship Management:
Develop direct relationships with corporates, IR teams, and brokers to secure differentiated accessExecution & Coordination:
Oversee end-to-end logistics, working with internal and global teams (HK / London / NY)Process & Technology:
Improve workflows and reporting; collaborate with tech teams to scale the platformCompliance & Control:
Ensure all activities align with regulatory and internal policies
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in corporate access or investor relations
- Strong APAC network across corporates, IR, and brokers
- Good understanding of regional markets and dynamics
- Proactive, commercial, and stakeholder-oriented
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel / CRM tools
- Fluency in English + Asian language preferred
