Job Description

Overseeing the trade services operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction within the trade services division.
Leading a team of 20 to deliver high-quality trade finance solutions to clients in the financial services sector.
Monitoring operational risks and implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes impacting trade services.
Managing relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
Driving innovation and digital transformation within the trade services function.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
20 years of trade finance operations experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams
A track record of driving operational improvements and implementing innovative solutions.
