Job Description
- Develop and implement the fund's investment strategies, risk management framework, and operational plans.
- Establish and continuously refine operational and management standards, ensuring robust systems, processes, and guidelines across the organization.
- Oversee and monitor investment projects, promptly addressing and resolving any unforeseen issues.
- Provide strategic support for investment activities and drive ongoing development of the investment system platform.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to domestic and international authorities regarding investment operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within large financial institutions (asset management or insurance companies preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a collaborative team spirit; quick learner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent Chinese report writing skills.
- Fluent in written Chinese and English; strong spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
