Equity and Fixed Income Trade Support (30-50k)

Responsibilities

Product Coverage of entire Fixed Income & Equity Trade Support Group are: Fixed income Bond, FX, Interest Rate, FX swaps, FX options, Credit Default Swaps, Corporate Bonds, Distressed Bonds, Treasury Bonds, Interest Rate Swaps, cross-currency swaps, and other structured products
Support China onshore business - IBD, FID, GCM and Treasury
Work closely with traders, sales teams, middle office, and other stakeholders to execute fixed income trade lifecycle.
Confirm trade details, including prices, quantities, and settlement dates, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Process corporate actions, post trade and life-cycle events
Perform implementation of new processing platforms and system enhancements
Proactively identify and address operational issues to minimize risk and ensure smooth trade processing.
Working with legal/compliance, IT and project teams to analyse new regulatory reform requirements and deploy new processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
2-3 years' experience in middle office / trade support role
Relevant work experience with fixed income OTC products and related fields
Familiarity with trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive on taking up tasks
Proficient PC sills including MS Office (Excel & VBA)
