A brokerage firm based in Hong Kong.
Job Description
As an FP&A ED or Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading financial planning and budgeting processes to support business objectives.
- Providing in-depth financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Developing financial models to forecast and evaluate business performance.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Overseeing the preparation of management reports and presentations.
- Identifying financial risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Mentoring and managing a team of finance professionals.
A successful FP&A ED or Director should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
- 10 - 15 years of experience
- Brokerage is highly preferred then banking experience
- Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
