Job Description
As a Finance Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements.
- Analysing financial data to provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimise financial processes and systems.
- Assisting in audit preparation and liaising with external auditors.
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities.
A successful Finance Director should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- An analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- 12 months' salary with a discretionary bonus.
- Permanent position based in Hong Kong.
