Your new role

Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of core IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, cloud) in HK, China, and SEA.
Develop and enforce infrastructure policies and standards.
Manage and mentor IT infrastructure, security, and compliance teams.
Align IT strategies with business goals and regional regulations.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to adopt innovative technologies.
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years in IT infrastructure/ cybersecurity leadership.
Strong grasp of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage regional operations
