The IPO Finance Manager position is an excellent opportunity to contribute. We are looking to hire Big 4 with

IPO experience!

Job Description

Supporting IPO-related processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful IPO launches.
Providing technical advice on accounting standards and their application to projects.
Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
Ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA is a must
Big 4 is a must
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and IPO processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
