Job Responsibilities:
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and/or retail distribution channels;
• Act as the key interface between the firm and investors, delivering tailored investment solutions and supporting product penetration across targeted channels;
• Drive the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including monthly newsletters, fund performance updates, and market commentaries. Conduct product training sessions as needed;
• Coordinate and support account onboarding processes, due diligence exercises, and ongoing client servicing matters;
• Organize and participate in marketing roadshows, investor meetings, and channel campaigns, representing the firm’s brand and investment philosophy;
• Work closely with internal teams including investment, product, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless client experience;
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by superiors.
Job Requirement:
• Degree in Finance or Economics, Marketing or equivalent disciplines;
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in fund sales or business development at an asset management or buy-side firm;
• Licensed person of Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities under SFC;
• Proven network and strong track record in servicing institutional investors (e.g., pensions, insurance, family offices) and/or distribution partners (e.g., private banks, platforms);
• Solid understanding of investment products, portfolio strategies, and global market dynamics;
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills; ability to convey technical concepts to diverse client types;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin required), both written and spoken.
