Our clients, multiple top-tier investment banks and securities firms , are looking for high-caliber Institutional Sales professionals to join their expanding teams in Hong Kong. We are currently managing multiple openings ranging from Manager to Department Head levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and institutional client relationship management across Local HKSAR, Greater China and Singapore markets.
- Originate and execute transactions involving equity derivatives, structured products, and futures brokerage solutions.
- For Head level : Lead, mentor, and manage the institutional sales team to achieve business targets.
Requirements
- 3 to 12+ years of institutional sales experience within investment banks, sell-side firms, or securities/futures brokerages . (Solid leadership experience required for the Head level ).
- Strong expertise in derivatives and structured products; familiarity with equities brokerage solutions is a plus.
- Holder of SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses is required.
- Deep understanding of the ecosystem; strong capability to manage complex transactions under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is preferred.
